The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is offering fully funded scholarships for Master’s and PhD programs in agriculture and related fields for the academic year 2026–2027.↚
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of a SEAMEO member country: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, or Vietnam.
- For MS applicants: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- For PhD applicants: Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Meet the admission requirements of the chosen SEARCA partner university.
- Propose a research topic aligned with SEARCA’s priority areas.
- Be no older than 40 years for MS applicants or 45 years for PhD applicants at the time of application.
- Must be employed in an academic, research, or government institution.
