 Scholarship Details

  • Award Amount: USD 2,500, disbursed directly to awardees for tuition, books, or educational fees 
  • Academic Year: Covers the 2025–2026 school year
  • Administered By: Institute of International Education (IIE), on behalf of Google 

 Eligibility Requirements

You may apply if you meet all of the following criteria:

  • Identify as female
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time 2nd or 3rd–year undergraduate student in CS, CE, or a related technical field at an accredited APAC university (2024–2025 academic year)
  • Plan to enroll full-time in the 2025–2026 academic year 
  • Strong academic record (typically equivalent to GPA ≥ 3.0)
  • Demonstrated leadership and commitment to diversity or inclusion in tech
  • Financial need must be shown
  • Not eligible if you are a child of a Google employee or a past recipient of similar Google scholarships (e.g. Women Techmakers, Google Lime)
