Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program and participate in an exchange between a Korean university and a European partner institution Both universities must have an active cooperation agreement and the exchange must involve two students participating simultaneously one from each region
Students must complete at least ten credits or twenty ECTS during the exchange period Candidates must be nominated through a Korean university and cannot apply independently Additionally applicants must not receive other major government funded mobility scholarships during the same period
