- Eligible applicants are graduates from Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Philippines, East Timor, Thailand, and Vietnam

Applicants must:- Hold a first academic degree relevant to the chosen field of study
- Be citizens of one of the eligible Southeast Asian countries
- Demonstrate strong motivation for a career in academia, research, or development work in the region
- Female candidates and those from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
