How the Application Works
Applications run in two stages. First, you must submit required documents to an official nominating authority in your home country (such as your Ministry of Education or an Azerbaijani embassy) by mid‑May 2025. If nominated, you log in to the SIACAS portal from June 1 to June 15, choose up to three programmes, and submit your application online. Final selection—including interviews—takes place by mid‑July, with admission offers and results communicated by late July 2025.
