Eligibility Criteria
Non-Chinese citizen in good physical and mental health
Master’s degree or equivalent (some countries require 18 years of study)

English-taught programs: IELTS 6.5+, TOEFL 90+, or official English proficiency certificate from previous institution
Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 5 (minimum score 210)
