The fellowship takes place in Kyoto, Japan and is designed for experienced researchers professionals and scholars from around the world.
Participants are officially appointed as researchers at Kyoto University during their stay.
The programme lasts between three and six months with research visits beginning between March and June 2027.
A total of 14 fellowship positions are available including one special position for a librarian.
