Scholarship Details

The President’s Scholarship, available to both in-state and out-of-state students, ranges from $2,000 to $12,500 per year. The Dean’s Scholarship, for in-state students, awards $1,500 for the freshman year or $4,500 over the first two years. No separate application is required beyond the standard UMD admissions process, but candidates must meet the early action deadline of November 1.
