CLIDE stands for Intercultural Leadership in the Digital Era and is part of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees program. It is designed for ambitious students who want to become future leaders in an increasingly digital and multicultural world
Details
The program is a two year joint international master’s degree worth one hundred twenty ECTS credits
The studies begin in September 2026 and the final deadline for applications is 15 April 2026
There is no application fee and selected students receive a fully funded scholarship covering all major expenses
Students study in at least two different countries during the program and follow a structured international mobility path
The CLIDE program is offered by a consortium of leading universities including Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in Poland University of Granada in Spain University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Austria Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics in Ukraine and Hassan II University of Casablanca in Morocco
The first year begins with an integration week in Poland followed by the first semester in Spain
During the second year students choose one of two academic tracks
The first track focuses on leading intercultural teams and includes study periods in Austria and Ukraine with the Ukrainian part currently delivered in Poland due to current conditions
The second track focuses on leadership in the digital era and includes study in Poland and Morocco
The final semester includes an internship and a master’s thesis in Poland. Students also participate in an international summer school organized by the partner universities
Conditions
Applicants should hold or expect to complete a bachelor’s degree before the program begins
Candidates must show a strong interest in intercultural leadership digital transformation and international cooperation
Students should be willing to study in different countries and adapt to multicultural academic environments
The program is open to international applicants from around the world
Benefits
The Erasmus Mundus CLIDE Scholarship is fully funded and removes all major financial barriers for selected students
The scholarship covers tuition fees travel costs living expenses and other study related costs during the two year program
