Scholarship Value and Types
The Undergraduate International Scholarship in Computer Science consists of two awards:
- Achievement Scholarship (£1,500): For international students achieving AAA or equivalent qualifications on entry. Renewable annually, provided full credits are earned and an overall yearly mark of 70% or higher is achieved.
- Excellence Scholarship (£1,500): For international students achieving A*AA/AAAA or equivalent qualifications on entry. Awarded for the first year only and not renewable.
Country Qualification Equivalencies:
- AAA: AAA in A Levels / 666 from Higher Level in IB / 555 in Hong Kong HKDSE / 85% in XII ISC, CBSE or Maharashtra; 80% West Bengal; 90% from other state boards
- A*AA: AAA in A Levels / 766 from Higher Level in IB / 555 in Hong Kong HKDSE / 90% in XII ISC, CBSE or Maharashtra; 85% West Bengal; 95% from other state boards
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be classified as Overseas for fee purposes
- Have made a Computer Science program their firm choice
- Meet the specified academic grade requirements
