Eligible Nationalities
The scholarship is open to:
- Portuguese nationals
- EU nationals with residence in Portugal
- Non-EU nationals with legal residence in Portugal
- Humanitarian cases, including students from Syria, Afghan refugees, and students under temporary protection from Ukraine
