Who Can Apply
The scholarship is open to students who are permanent residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont.
Applicants must be either United States citizens or non citizens who have lawful presence and authorization to work in the United States.
Students must be planning to study full time at an accredited university or college in the United States.
