Competitive salary at Level A Step 8 equivalent to approximately 108362 Australian dollars based on recent rates plus 17 percent superannuation

Applicants must secure a supportive academic mentor from one of these institutions before submitting their application

Eligible Nationalities

Open to applicants of all nationalities and all academic disciplines

Eligibility Criteria

PhD must be conferred within the eligible timeframe specified for the application year
Applicants may be in the final year of their PhD or within two years post PhD conferral
For 2025 application cycle commencing 2026 PhD must be conferred on or after 1 January 2024 or all requirements completed by 31 December 2026
Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and strong research potential
Willingness to relocate to Western Australia
Career interruptions are recognized according to the Australian Research Council eligibility guidelines
