Eligible Countries
The scholarships are available to citizens of the following countries:
- Europe: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus (democratic forces)
- Africa: Ethiopia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Zambia
- Asia: Cambodia, Sri Lanka
- Latin America & Middle East: Guatemala, Jordan
Applicants from other countries, including EU and Czech Republic citizens, are not eligible.

Scholarships are offered for the following degree programs:
In Czech Language (with a one-year preparatory course):
- Bachelor’s programs (only for Georgia)
- Follow-up Master’s programs (for Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus)
In English Language:
- Selected Follow-up Master’s programs (2 years)
- Selected Doctoral programs (3–4 years)

Scholarship Benefits
The fully funded scholarship includes:

Eligibility Criteria
