Eligibility
Applicants must be active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators with a minimum GPA of 2.0. Candidates must be at least high school seniors and submit a complete online application including transcripts and required documents. Preference is given to female operators, students with strong academic performance, and those who have experience communicating using AM mode. Geographical preference applies in this order: residents of Texas, residents of Arkansas, and applicants from the ARRL West Gulf or Delta Divisions.
