About the Scholarship
The RAU Africa Agricultural Leadership Award is designed for African postgraduate students committed to strengthening agricultural systems across the continent The programme focuses on equipping future leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to tackle key issues such as sustainable farming food security climate resilience and rural economic development

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be citizens of an African country
Applicants must hold an offer for a taught Master’s programme at the Royal Agricultural University
Applicants must meet academic requirements equivalent to a UK upper second class degree
Applicants must satisfy English language and UK visa requirements
Applicants should demonstrate a strong connection between their studies and agricultural or rural development goals
Benefits
Base tuition reduction of two thousand pounds sterling for eligible students
Additional one thousand pounds sterling available for selected countries including Nigeria Kenya Ghana and others
Up to one thousand pounds sterling available for academic excellence or research relevance
Early payment discount of five hundred pounds sterling for eligible applicants
Total possible funding of up to four thousand five hundred pounds sterling applied directly toward tuition fees
