Be a citizen of an eligible country, including most Arab nations
Commit to returning to your home country for at least two years after completing the scholarship
Hold a bachelor’s degree qualifying you for postgraduate study in the UK

Apply to three different master’s programs at UK universities and secure an unconditional offer from at least one
