requirements
Applicants must be citizens of Latin American countries and must be between 21 and 40 years old Candidates should have professional or academic experience in the energy sector including fields such as energy policy oil and gas energy economics sustainable energy or international energy relations
Applicants must demonstrate at least B2 level English proficiency and show strong interest in global energy systems Candidates should not have current academic or professional affiliation with Russian institutions
