  • Program Name: Emory Healthcare Administrative Fellowship, Class of 2026–2028
  • Duration: 2 years, full time
  • Fellowship Start: June 2026
  • Structure: Year 1 involves four rotational assignments (clinical, finance, quality, strategy, etc.), Year 2 consists of two deeper project–based placements aligned with your leadership track
  • Leadership Exposure: Direct reporting to senior executives such as the CEO, CFO, or equivalent leaders, with opportunities to serve as Chief Administrative Fellow
  • Host Organization: Emory Healthcare – a major academic health system operating across hospitals and clinics in Atlanta, Georgia 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master’s degree in: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent (must be completed prior to start)
  • Preferred background: Some professional experience in healthcare—internships, faculty, community leadership roles help applicants stand out
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, adaptability, and initiative in healthcare settings
