This non degree programme is organized by the Enel Foundation and targets Master’s MBA and PhD graduates who want to specialize in the energy sector Applications are open for a limited time making this a highly competitive and time sensitive opportunity
The programme combines academic learning with practical experience to prepare participants for leadership roles in energy systems and policy development
Available fields
Participants will explore key areas such as energy systems and digitalisation energy policy and regulation energy economics sustainable energy and innovation infrastructure governance and regional energy transition challenges
These topics reflect the evolving demands of the global energy landscape and prepare candidates for future challenges
Programme structure
The programme follows a hybrid format combining online learning modules project based learning and region specific territorial modules
Participants will engage in real world projects focusing on policy analysis and problem solving The top performing participants will be invited to a fully funded final residential module in Italy featuring workshops simulations and direct engagement with global experts
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must hold a Master’s MBA or PhD degree completed by April twenty twenty six and be between twenty four and thirty five years old They must be from eligible regions including African countries Brazil or Chile
Candidates should have at least one degree from institutions in these regions and either currently reside there or plan to relocate by the end of twenty twenty six Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required
Selection criteria
Selection is highly competitive and based on academic background professional experience motivation and career goals as well as letters of recommendation
A total of two hundred participants will be selected including one hundred from Africa sixty from Brazil and forty from Chile Only the top ten percent will advance to the final module in Italy
