Experience International NGO Work with a Fully Funded Fellowship in Taiwan
Organized by the Taiwan Alliance in International Development, the programme is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their knowledge of international development and NGO work in Asia.

The fellowship takes place in Taiwan from 4 October to 1 November 2026 and lasts for one month.
Only 12 fellows will be selected, making this an exclusive and highly competitive opportunity.
Participants will be placed in a Taiwanese NGO according to their professional experience and area of interest. During the fellowship they will work directly with NGO teams and take part in real projects and daily activities.
The programme begins with a four day orientation workshop focused on NGO learning collaboration and international exchange.

Applicants from a wide range of backgrounds are encouraged to apply including Community Development Environment Education Gender and Human Rights Media and Information Technology LGBTQ plus Advocacy Medical Services and Social Welfare.

The Taiwan AID NGO Fellowship Program is fully funded and gives participants the opportunity to gain direct field experience in a professional NGO environment.
Fellows will receive practical training through workshops project work and collaboration with experienced professionals.
Participants will also build an international network and gain deeper understanding of how Taiwanese NGOs operate and contribute to global development.
Throughout the fellowship participants may be involved in event planning project management fundraising activities and teamwork with local organizations.
Requirements

Applicants should have a professional background connected to one of the eligible fields and should be ready to actively participate in all programme activities during the one month fellowship in Taiwan.
