Degree Level
The Chevening Scholarship supports postgraduate study for one-year taught master’s degrees at eligible UK universities.
Available Subjects
At the University of Kent, Chevening Scholarships can be applied to any one-year taught master’s degree, including but not limited to Arts and Humanities, Business and Management, Law and Politics, Social Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and Computer Science and Data Science. Applicants must choose three eligible UK master’s programmes when applying.

Eligible Nationalities

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK upper second-class (2:1) honours degree, have at least two years of work experience (including voluntary or part-time work), and commit to returning to their home country for at least two years after completing the scholarship. Candidates must apply to three eligible UK master’s programmes and secure an unconditional offer from at least one by 9 July 2026, and must be willing to study full-time in the UK.
